Drive Mechanism For Beater :
Consist of the following

1. Suitable HP 1440/2880 RPM DUAL Sped TEFC Motor to work on 415 V, 50 c/s 3 Phase AC supply line, mounted on MS plate.
2. Worm reduction gear box coupled to the motor through belt and pulley arrangement.
   Epicyclic gear box coupled to the motor through belt and EPICYCLIC gear train arrangement to achieve planetary motion.
3. Suitable HP 1440 RPM TEFC motor to work on 415V 3 phase 50 C/s AC supply line for High Shear Emulsifier. ( optional )
4. The above item are assembled on the top plate which is supported on a Cast iron sliding sleeve with MS gussets.

Main Body : MS column with flange mounted on stool base 2 nos limit switches provided at upper and lower limits of the column to control traverse of the sleeve.

Lifting Arrangement Of The Drive Assembly (Mechanical) : Consist of

MINICOTA (Semi automatic Spray coating Machine ) is mainly designed to replace the conventional method of manual coating of tablets and granules.

Mini cota is comprised of pressure vessel whish can be provided with S.S. jacket (for Sugar Coating) with controlled heaters, safety valve, pneumatic stirrer (Oscillating type) , spraying nozzles and compact control panel with Pneumatic cylinder for intermittent spray with timer.

OPERATION: Vessel is filled with coating solution and pressurized by oil/ moisture free compressed air at pressure of 3 to 4 Kgs/cm 2 to get uniform atomized conical spray. The coating is done by spray guns which are mounted on a heavy S.S stand can can be adjusted. Duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a Digital Timer and Pneumatic cylinder through a solenoid valve

OPERATION :

This equipment is most useful to lift the IPC to transfer the material from IPC to other container or in hopper of any equipment.
With help of this equipment dust free and very speedy material transfer is possible. The equipment is equipped with one jaw having clamping hooks to clamp the IPC.

The hydraulic system is provided to lift the complete assembly with IPC.
With help of the hooks first clamp the IPC with jaw of the Lifter. Lift the whole assembly with IPC at a desirable height. Finally height can be adjust as per requirement to transfer the material which are in the IPC. Discharge the material in other container or any other hopper, with help of butterfly valve which is provided at discharge of IPC.

OPERATION : This equipment is most useful to transfer the material from container of FLUID BED DRYER to INTERMEDIATE PRODUCT CONTAINER. With help of this equipment dust free and very speedy material transfer from FBD bowl is possible. The equipment is equipped with one cone type container which is provided with clamping hooks to clamp the FBD bowl, rubber gasket for air tight fitting between FBD bowl and cone type container. The container is also have a butterfly valve at bottom to drain the material in required IPC or any other container. The hydraulic system (power pack unit with cylinder) is provided to lift the complete assembly with FBD bowl and tilt the pair of cone type container and FBD bowl at 180 degree. With help of the hooks first clamp the FBD bowl with cone type container. Lift the whole assembly with FBD bowl at a desirable height. With help of hydro-mechanical system tilt the whole assembly at 180 degree. Finally all the material which was in the FBD bowl is transfer in cone container. Discharge the material in IPC or any other hopper, with help of butterfly valve which is provided at discharge of cone type container.
